Dr Anja Disput

Dr Anja Disput, a lawyer and advisor in the field of real estate law with a special focus on

• real estate transactions,
• legal asset management,
• commercial tenancy law,
• advice on special asset classes, especially retail and hotel.

Dr Anja Disput studied at the J. W. Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, where she received her PhD in law. She did her legal clerkship in Hanau, Speyer and Sydney/Australia.

Her career as an attorney in real estate law started in 2005, for various international law firms, became a partner in 2010. Her native language is German, English is her second language.  

Dr Anja Disput is also a lecturer at the Freie Universität of Berlin and the Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg and co-editor of NZM (Neue Zeitschrift für Mietrecht, Beck-Verlag).
