Disput Hübner Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB is a law firm based in Frankfurt am Main, specialised in real estate law.

We are a highly qualified, experienced and reputable team that has years of experience in the industry. We are happy to provide any advise concerning the lifecycle of a property, with our main areas of expertise in real estate transactions, legal asset management, legal support for project developments and infrastructure projects. Our priority has always been on economic as well as solution-oriented legal advice.

Dr Anja Disput, a lawyer and advisor in the field of real estate law with a special focus on

• real estate transactions,
• legal asset management,
• commercial tenancy law,
• advice on special asset classes, especially retail and hotel.

Dr Anja Disput studied at the J. W. Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, where she received her PhD in law. She did her legal clerkship in Hanau, Speyer and Sydney/Australia.

Her career as an attorney in real estate law started in 2005, for various international law firms, became a partner in 2010. Her native language is German, English is her second language.  

Dr Anja Disput is also a lecturer at the Freie Universität of Berlin and the Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg, co-editor of NZM (Neue Zeitschrift für Mietrecht, Beck-Verlag) and a member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Euroshop AG.

Dr Oliver M. Hübner, a lawyer and advisor in real estate law and public commercial law, with a special focus on

• real estate transactions,
• legal asset management,
• public building and environmental law,
• infrastructure projects.

Dr Oliver M. Hübner studied law at Saarland University and the University of Edinburgh, received his PhD in law at the Europa-Institut of Saarland University and completed his legal clerkship in Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and Brussels. He has been practising law since 2006, and was named partner for several internationally law firms. Dr Oliver M. Hübner speaks German, English and French.

Dr Oliver M. Hübner is also a lecturer at the Freie Universität Berlin and the Julius Maximilians University in Würzburg and publishes regularly in specialist journals.

Jennifer Martin has been part of the team as an attorney (Rechtsanwältin) and an associate since September 2021 and advises in the field of real estate law.

Jennifer Martin graduated from the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg with a degree in law and an accompanying degree in European law. The latter entitles her to use the title “European Lawyer (University of Würzburg) – Europajuristin (Univ. Würzburg)”. Jennifer Martin completed her legal clerkship in Würzburg and Frankfurt am Main.
